Green Stadiums and Fan Satisfaction: Exploring the Impact of LEED Certification on Sustainable Sports Facilities and the Fan Experience Study
The construction of sports facilities globally has witnessed a remarkable trend characterized by the increasing adoption of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. While LEED certification is increasingly pursued in the construction or renovation of sports facilities, it is notable that sports organizations not only achieve this certification but also conscientiously communicate their sustainability endeavors to their fans and the wider public. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between LEED certified facilities and fans’ experiences and their revisit intention.

The Effect of QR Codes on Tipping Behavior and the link between QR Code and Environmental Concern
Tipping has been an integral part of the service industry as a means for customers to express their gratitude for excellent services. Despite the environmental benefits associated with QR code tipping, it is essential to address the lack of awareness regarding the connection between QR code and sustainability. In this study, we highlighted the importance of communication and education to consumers regarding the QR code usage and sustainability and how this communication influence consumers’ perceptions on tipping intention
